Yes, just let us know in the form and we’ll match you if they are available in your area.
>> Q: How soon can I start?
Most learners start within 1–3 days, depending on your area.
>> Q: Is this a real driving lesson or just an intro?
Real lesson with a real instructor — no catch. You learn from the first minute.
>> Q: Can I continue with the same instructor?
Yes! They’ll offer you a package or single lessons after if you are interested.
>> Q: What if I’m nervous or failed before?
We are specialised in nervous drivers and our instructors are highly trained to put you at ease for your lesson and guide you through whatever you are concern about. We only work with friendly calm and Dvsa registered instructors. So you can be assured that you are our priority.
>> Q: Do I get discounts on block bookings? Yes for example 20 hours of manual lesson is only £600 working out to £30 per hour. More hours you buy more discounts you get.
>> Q: What is your money back guarantee?
We are proud of our quality and our team of instructors and never had any issues in the past 20 years because we put customers first. Should you think that you didn't get any value for money on one of your driving lessons, then simply tell us. If we agree, we then give you a 100% refund. That is why we have our Triple Guarantee in place for your assurance.
>> Q: Is my driving test really free?
Yes. We actually do pay for your driving test. However, we only pay for your first driving test. Should you fail, then paying for your next driving test is down to you. Therefore, we recommend listening to your driving instructor as to when you are test ready. Your driving instructor is best placed to advise you of this. If you've already had a driving test before coming to us, then our offer of paying for your driving test is void. Our offer is only for beginner learners who have not yet taken their practical driving test and pass our instructors Mock test before going for Dvsa First test.
>> Will my lesson price remain at £30 p/h for Manual or £31 for Auto?
The simple answer here is no. It's only your first 2 hours of driving lesson that is £30 p/h for manual or £31p/h for Auto, after that it goes to our normal price which is £34 p/h for manual or £35 p/h for Auto which is probably average for Birmingham. One of the reasons we have an offer is so that you can try out our driving school without paying the full price of a lesson. Call it a trial if you like. By doing your first lesson, it gives you the opportunity to see if driving is for you and to also see if you get on with your driving instructor. It also gives you an opportunity to see if you prefer driving a manual car or an automatic car? Remember You can buy 5 hours at the same offer price instead of 2 hours too, and if you do block booking of 10 or 20 hours you get more discounts after the offer. So it wouldn't be much of a different to shock you.
>> How many driving lessons will I need?
We get asked this question quite a lot. The simple answer is "it all depends" because we know that everyone learns at different paces. But if you book professional driving lessons in your area with qualified, experienced instructors who are good, then this could save you time, therefore costing you less.
